Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. Duties: - Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from conception to completion - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and address any issues or concerns - Manage and coordinate the activities of construction crews and subcontractors - Review and approve project designs, blueprints, and schematics - Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies needed for construction projects - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards - Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports Skills: - Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera) - Knowledge of civil engineering software (e.g., Civil 3D) - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics - Strong understanding of construction estimating and cost control - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels - Strong leadership abilities to manage construction crews and subcontractors - Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship - Familiarity with contract management processes If you have a proven track record in construction management and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for this position.
